Our Life, No One's Business but Our's

Since when did being a family mean that everyone has their nose in your business?! Seriously! What we have going on in our life is really between us and is no one's business unless we choose to share it with you. I feel we have the right to keep anything we want a secret from whoever we want....family or not! There's no rule that when you are an adult living your own life that you have to share everything with your parents, siblings, cousins...etc. You shouldn't be ridiculed for wanting to keep things private. Our life is not an open book like others may choose to do so with theirs. If I choose to share something with you then it's for your ears only...it doesn't mean you go share it with 5 other people. I guess I have opened up too much to some...some I thought I could trust in but have learned that the things I truly want to stay quiet will have to remain in my head only.
